ZenFone 2 Laser 共有兩種規格：5 吋（ZE500KL）與 5.5 吋（ZE550KL），螢幕解析度均為 HD，ZE500KL 主要內建高通 S410 處理器、ZE550KL 則用 S615 處理器，兩機都內建 2GB RAM 與 16GB ROM，搭載 1300 萬畫素主相機與 500 萬畫素前相機，支援台灣 LTE 全頻與 microSD 記憶卡擴充。

華碩以 ZenFone 2 為藍本，推出全新改款機種 ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser，共可分為 ZE550KL 與 ZE500KL 兩種型號，分別配備 5.5 吋與 5 吋螢幕，處理器也改用 Qualcomm 的驍龍 615 以及驍龍 410 晶片。
